Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law

Trustee Representation

Our Bankruptcy Group works closely with a number of leading Licenced Insolvency Trustees. We regularly provide advice when LITs encounter novel issues or particularly problematic circumstances. In addition to providing legal advice and opinions, we have represented LITs in Bankruptcy Court.

Our group is at the leading edge of Bankruptcy and Insolvency law as a result of the interesting issues presented to us by LITs and our participation in lecturing on Bankruptcy and Insolvency at law schools.

We love a challenge, so the next time you find yourself presented with a seemingly impossible decision, we would love to hear about it.
